A new garden at Earl of March!

On May 24th, with the help of GUO, students at Earl of March Secondary School in Kanata brought a new organic vegetable garden to their school. Building started early in the morning...

By noon, three raised beds were ready to go....

This past Tuesday, on June 5th, students planned and planted seeds in the garden. 

Next year, Food and Nutrition students will be able to use this gardens' organic harvest  in their own cooking classes....what a treat!
